By accessing and using BigBoss Booking, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Booking Policies

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance. The cancellation policy applicable to your booking will be clearly displayed during the booking process.

3. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed securely. A service fee and applicable taxes may be added to your booking total. These are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the cancellation policy.

4. Liability

BigBoss Booking acts as an intermediary between guests and property hosts/hotels. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your stay.
